PRE-Production

85 South Touring, is currently producing The Three Headed Monster Comedy tour with superstar comedians Karlous Miller, Chico Bean and DC Young Fly. The upcoming tour stops include Durham July 15 and Charlotte North Carolina July 16th. Camera, audio, travel and lighting departments are currently working to optimize productivity.

Karlous Miller is currently developing a script based on a synopsis co-written by Brii Renee. The working title is “Trust Issues” and the story centers around four couples and the hijinks of a wild night. DC Young Fly is attached as talent and executive.

Finance guru Aristotle is developing a new audio/video program that centers around economic conversation and answering guest caller questions. The series is being directed by Craig Graves.

The first ladies of 85 South are not only producing an ongoing series “Pour Minds,” Lex P and Drea are ALSO on tour. They recently kicked off their tour in Los Angeles and have upcoming tour dates in Nashville, Tennessee August 19th.

Broken Play is on hiatus and gearing up for an all-new amped up season when Football season returns. Navv Greene is currently featured on the The Three Headed Monster Comedy tour and The Druski tour.

Chad Oubre is working on a new stand-up comedy tour with Moneybag Mafia, Clayton English, Navv Greene. the working title for the tour is “The Family Business Tour.”

85 Wayz Studios will be housing Season 2 of Five on It hosted by Clayton English. The #1 series on Channel 85 returns with new set design and overall creative over hall.

Karlous Miller is currently on the “At The End Of The Day Tour” and hits the road again next in Chicago July 21st and Tyson, Va July 22nd.

Black Market is still cooking and seeks a new creative branding overhaul - from set design to branding.

Jack Thriller is taking two weeks off to focus on internal organization and structure and will return to the programming cycle soon.

Production + POST

Pour Minds will be shooting their weekly podcast “Pour Minds” in studio ONE.

The editing department is busy creating THM touring commercials for Macon and the upcoming tour dates. The commercials were filmed live at THE VIP in Norfolk, Virginia.

The editing department is also chopping up The Birdman episode and it requires special attention.

RELEASING

The 85 South Show will be releasing the Ebony Mystique episode Tuesday July 4th and the Nick Cannon episode Thursday July 6th. 

The 85 South Show will release Bruce Bruce and an Internal Episode on youtube this week. 

Black Market will be releasing the Independent Medical Group episode July 9th.
